Returns

Tantales does not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect product selection
Ordering the wrong size or variant
Other reasons unrelated to a product defect, damage, incorrect product, or material difference from the product description

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

We will review the request and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment channel used for the original transaction, subject to applicable processing timelines.
